Variable/Rotating Shifts Responsibilities Patient Care Excellence Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model. Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Utilize critical thinking to address clinical, safety, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
