Variable/Rotating Shifts Responsibilities Patient Care Excellence Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model. Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Utilize critical thinking to address clinical, safety, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction. Quality & Evidence-Based Practice Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance patient care. Utilize research and evidence-based practices to support clinical decision-making. Contribute to discussions that improve patient outcomes and care delivery. Teamwork & Professionalism Build positive relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and providers. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and commitment to workplace safety. Adapt effectively to changing priorities and patient care needs.
