What You'll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards This Role Is aGreat Fit If You:

CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire Automotive Insurance Act 33 Act 34 OAPSA- Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
