Days for this postion are as follows; Thursday 11am-9p, Friday 8-4p, and Saturday 8-4pm. Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support individuals in achieving personal and health-related goals Qualifications Active Pennsylvania RN license (required) Current CPR certification Experience with IDD population preferred but not required Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Setting Private homes Community-based environments Why Choose Center One?
