Registered Nurse (RN) $12,500 sign on bonus

Full-Time Make a Difference Every Day! Bradford is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to lead patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay $12,500 Sign-On Bonus paid as an additional $6.01/hour during your first year of employment (up to 2,080 hours worked) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Professional development opportunities Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care Administer medications and treatments Supervise LPNs and CNAs Communicate with physicians and families Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Maintain accurate clinical documentation Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies Qualifications Active RN license Current CPR certification Strong leadership and critical thinking skills Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities
