Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in a fast-paced day shift environment Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and services Document resident care, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal setting and resident care planningRequirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related fieldWhat We Offer:
