Qualifications:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Excellence in critical thinking, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver expert nursing care to cardiovascular surgical patients throughout the perioperative period Scrub and circulate on a full range of cardiovascular and thoracic procedures Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively Facilitate seamless communication between surgical, anesthesia, and ancillary staff Maintain rigorous adherence to sterile and safety protocols
