Shift Details:

Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse (RN)Duties & Responsibilities:
Level 3 care, CPAP, Vents, UVC lines, Support in LD at deliveries when needed, Provides strong developmental care Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies. Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN license in State of PA Active BLS, ACLS, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Minimum of two (2) years related work experience of Level 3 care Additional certifications may be required Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95
