Role Overview:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children in a child-focused environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate families to support child's well-being. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored nursing care for pediatric patients. Administer prescribed medications and therapies. Monitor patient progress and report significant changes. Collaborate with healthcare team on care plans. Support and educate families about their child's care.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active PA Nursing License. CPR certification (or obtain during orientation). Clear criminal background check. Pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not necessary.
