In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty and confidence goals. In addition to aesthetics, this position plays a key role in our comprehensive wellness approach. The ideal candidate is experienced in metabolic and functional medicine, including the management of GLP-1 therapies, peptide protocols, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You will assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans that support both aesthetic outcomes and overall health optimization. Your expertise in patient assessment, treatment planning, and procedural execution will be vital in providing exceptional, results-driven care within a vibrant, client-focused environment. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a confident, experienced practitioner with a proven track record in aesthetic injectables and a strong clinical foundation in wellness-based therapies. Duties Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and artistry Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for aesthetic, metabolic, and hormone therapy patients Prescribe and oversee GLP-1 medications and peptide protocols in alignment with best practices and safety guidelines Evaluate, initiate, and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women Order and interpret relevant labs (hormones, metabolic panels, etc.) to guide treatment decisions Maintain detailed medical documentation of all procedures, patient histories, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate clients on procedures, wellness therapies, expectations, risks, and long-term maintenance Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure optimal clinical and aesthetic outcomes Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, ethics, and confidentiality Collaborate with the medical team to stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry standards. Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, GLP-1 therapies, peptides, and hormone optimization Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, education, and exceptional service delivery Experience Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred. Proven experience performing Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Strong working knowledge of GLP-1 therapies, peptide protocols, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or functional medicine preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance standards.
