Overview We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate behavioral health services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated ARNP to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care to our diverse patient population. As an ARNP specializing in behavioral health, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health disorders. This position allows for a flexible work environment, with responsibilities split between in-office consultations and remote patient care. Responsibilities Provide and administer Esketamine and TMS treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal care. Provide psychotherapy and medication management as needed. Requirements Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Iowa. Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Behavioral or Mental Health. Previous experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in patient care. Proficient in managing medical records and documentation practices.
