JOB DESCRIPTION
Find your purpose as a Heart Failure Registered Nurse at the St. Cloud Hospital! Join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to CentraCare's mission of enhancing every life we touch with care and compassion. In this specialized role, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients living with heart failure by providing education, support, and ongoing disease management across the continuum of care. Your responsibilities will include bedside care in the hospital setting, managing new and follow-up visits in the outpatient clinic, and conducting occasional remote work from home. This position requires a strong commitment to the heart failure population, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and dedication to patient outcomes.
Schedule:
Full-time| 60 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital Day | 7am-4:30pm|
Monday-Friday Pay and Benefits:
Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour

Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program required Current Minnesota RN License required BSN or MSN preferred BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. National Certification in Advanced Heart failure within 24 months preferred. 1 year of recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) preferred. 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program preferred Good written and verbal communication skills. Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results n CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center, located at the St. Cloud Hospital, is the largest and most advanced heart and vascular center in Central Minnesota.
