YOUR AREA

Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Altadena, Eagle Rock, and La Canada. We want nurses who live here. Work close to home, set your own days, and build a caseload as we grow.

THE ROLE

• LVNs perform intermittent skilled visits under RN case management
• Everyone documents in WellSky

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active California LVN or RN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (2 years of home health visits, not shift care)
• Comfort with a smartphone or tablet
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Armenian, Spanish, and other languages spoken in the area are a plus

TECHNOLOGY

We document in WellSky Home Health using WellSky's mobile app, which has built-in AI-assisted documentation designed to reduce time spent on charting. We train you on it.
