In this role, you will utilize your nursing expertise to administer injectables, such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, ensuring safe and effective results for our clients. Responsibilities Administer injectable treatments including botulinum toxin (Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify), dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables with precision and safety under the direction of our Medical Director. Perform thorough consultations and build individualized treatment plans. Fully understand their aesthetic goals, providing clear communication about treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions. Manage client records and document every treatment fully and accurately in our EMR system (AestheticsPro), ensuring compliance with health regulations. Follow our clinical protocols, safety standards, and emergency procedures, per Medical Director guidance and direction. Build long term relationships with clients and encourage re-booking. Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and maintenance routines through product demos and personalized recommendations. Sell skincare products routinely as part of the treatment process. Assist Revitalize Trim Spa with organic marketing efforts via social media content development, posting and promotion of our injectables service line to promote our services. Build long-term relationships with patients and encourage rebooking Help at occasional events, such as Botox parties and open houses (optional) Perform a variety of other aesthetic skin procedures, including stem cell/exosome facial rejuvenation, stem cell/exosome microneedling, chemical peels, and laser procedures while maintaining the ultimate in patient safety (optional) Experience Valid nursing license with experience in administering injections with a background in medical aesthetics (required). Proven experience working in the beauty industry or med spa environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation procedures, chemical peels, laser therapy, etc. Knowledge of EMR software including ArstheticsPro or similar is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and sell our services to prospective clients Experience in social media management for marketing or client engagement. Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards while delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments. Our patients already trust us with their transformation, and we're adding a skilled aesthetic injector so we can give them Botox and dermal fillers too. The Opportunity This part-time, flexible role is for an experienced injector who wants to spend their time injecting, not doing admin work. We handle the booking, front desk, product, and treatment space. You bring the skill, the artistry, passion for sales and a great bedside manner. Your pay is based on the treatments you perform, so the more patients you treat, the more you earn. Injectors who are efficient, build loyal patients, and run a full schedule can earn well above typical hourly rates.
