Duration:
Temporary - 4 Month Project (Upcoming) Overview GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is building a talent pool for an upcoming 4-month project and is seeking experienced Oncology Nurses to join as Clinical Data Annotation Specialists. In this role, you will review and annotate oncology reports to identify key clinical evidence supporting organ and site determination, contributing to accurate data extraction and advanced healthcare analytics. This is a great opportunity for oncology nurses who enjoy working with clinical documentation, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in contributing to innovative, data-driven healthcare initiatives. What You'll Do Evidence Annotation Review oncology reports and identify text supporting organ/site determination Tag evidence using predefined categories with precision and consistency Ensure all annotations align with project guidelines Report Completion Extract and input required clinical data elements Complete structured report fields based on documentation Maintain high accuracy and completeness across assigned cases Productivity Expectations 1.25 cases per hour (~45 minutes per case) Consistent weekly availability throughout the duration of the project
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Required:
Licensed Oncology Nurse (RN preferred) - U.S.-based Strong knowledge of oncology concepts, tumor biology, and staging Experience reviewing clinical documentation (pathology, radiology, physician notes) High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
