Job Summary Our RN is an integral part of creating the supportive culture our small company values. PHS provides customized, caring support for both our clients and those who care for them. We're excited to build something amazing and we're looking for a compassionate RN to join our team to make it happen. You have some flexibility with your schedule and can occasionally work from home. Once a week, you will be leading the new hire medication class from the office. We reimburse you for all agency travel, such as performing medication assessments and delegations in the client's homes. We work with clients in the Portland Metro area. You must have an active, unencumbered Oregon nursing license and an active driver's license, and a vehicle with insurance. Primary duties include collaborating with agency staff, assessing client nursing needs, creating and updating MARs, training caregivers on medication administration, taught tasks and delegations, and collaborating with the client's PCP and other health care providers. The RN will be supervised by the agency Administrator but will retain autonomy and have ultimate authority to accept or retain clients on nursing services.
