Optional On-Call Coverage :
We are also seeking PRN nurses who are open to helping with on-call support , with thoughtful safeguards in place. A professional triage service handles routine calls (medication timing questions, refill requests, scheduling questions, mild symptom concerns, etc.) On-call nurses are contacted for true clinical needs only On-call participation is optional and flexible We are open to multiple nurses sharing coverage Administrative oversight is always available LPNs participate in on-call in collaboration with and under Administrator guidance This structure allows our on-call clinicians to rest — and respond when they are truly needed. Requirements For RN:
Active Idaho RN license Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred Comfort supporting on-call needs in collaboration with other RN's, and the Administrator Compassionate bedside presence Reliable transportation, and ability to serve the Treasure Valley are required.
