SUMMARY:

Homewatch CareGivers of Beachwood is seeking an RN to assist with opening new Medicaid cases and performing necessary quality assurance visits. This is a growing position as we are expanding our Medicaid services, and we are seeking the right candidate to be part of our team. The ideal candidate would be looking for part-time flexible hours, as well as having experience with Medicaid clients (however this is not a requirement).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open cases for families who qualify for Medicaid home care services.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for Medicaid clients
• Conduct CPR/First-Aid classes for caregiving staff
• Train caregivers to the needs of their clients
• Conduct in-service training sessions.
• Perform consultations for potential new clients.
• This position offers growth potential. The compensation for opening cases and conducting the quality assurance checks ranges from $30-$50 per visit. There is also an opportunity to work from home and a chance to choose the hours that work best for you.
