Momba Home Care, a reputable healthcare office in Athens, OH, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified PRN RN to join our team. If you have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care and possess the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you. Part-Time / As Needed Schedule!

Pay Rates:

$100 per start of care $50 per supervisory visit

Qualifications:

Current Ohio State RN License (required) Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in homecare Current CPR certification (required) Negative TB Test (Within the last 12 months) Experience with OH State Medicare waiver programs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status and record pertinent information Develop and update personalized home care plans Provide basic patient care and assistance, ensuring patient comfort and safety Educate patients and their families about home healthcare routines and strategies Coordinate with healthcare team members to relay patient status Adhere to professional nursing ethical standards and respect patient confidentiality at all times
