Job Overview Are you a Registered Nurse that is passionate about caring for consumers with various mental and physical disabilities? Would you like to work with an amazing team in caring for those consumers? If so, JADE Quality Care, Inc is in search for a Contract Registered Nurse to assist our Senior Registered Nurse in maintaining the health, safety, and wellness for those consumers we serve within our HCS(Home and Community-based Services)Program on a daily basis. Duties Conduct thorough consumer assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA guidelines and aseptic techniques. Monitor patients' conditions closely, including acute pain management and infection control measures. Provide education and health coaching to consumers and their families to promote wellness and compliance with treatment protocols. Experience Proven experience in nursing and long-term care. Hands-on experience with emergency medicine, triage, or urgent care environments is highly valued. Experience working with consumers with developmental disabilities or in memory care settings is advantageous. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology necessary for comprehensive consumer assessment. $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
