In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment, and is passionate about helping patients feel their best through wellness-focused care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, OptiMantra. Minor procedures including IV infusions, IM and SQ injections, and lab draws. Monitor patients during treatments and ensure safety. Accurately prepare and dispense medications and components of the care plan set by providers in our office. Support providers during patient visits and procedures. Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation. Engage in health coaching, as well as patient education on medication administration and nutrition to promote long-term wellness. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms. Assist with inventory management and stocking clinical supplies. Collaborate closely with providers and all other team members within the clinic. Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance workflows, patient satisfaction, and clinic culture. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative. Ability to work independently while adhering to Innovative Wellness Center clinical standards. Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties. Requirements Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. OptiMantra and/or ModMed preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Current BLS or ACLS certification Current and active Iowa RN License. Has at least two years experience as an Registered Nurse. Experience in wellness, med spa, IV therapy, or private practice preferred but not required.
