Required Qualifications and Experience:

Valid RN license eligible for practice in Iowa Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment and prioritization skills in a surgical setting Excellent communication and clinical documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub in a range of surgical procedures alongside multidisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety and uphold infection control standards before, during, and after surgery Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists Maintain accurate operating room records and documentation Support patient advocacy and comfort throughout perioperative care
