We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and help ensure excellent oversight and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring, supervising, and providing care for client whose health status and situation involve complex observation Initial evaluation visit, including development of the written care plan Re-evaluation of clients home care needs Initiation of care plan Coordination care of services Informing the caregivers of changes in the clients condition and needs Supervising and teaching other caregivers Reviewing and revising the member care plan at least every 62 days and communicating revisions to appropriate staff Qualifications Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Valid CPR Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is a plus. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments . Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client service.
