Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
Licensure:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant registered nursing experience in an acute, outpatient, procedural, or specialty care setting aligned with the assigned department or service line. Experience must demonstrate the ability to practice independently within defined on‑call responsibilities.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in time‑sensitive situations. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records and related clinical systems. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the care team. Physical ability to perform essential nursing functions, including standing, walking, and assisting with patient care or equipment as required by the role. On‑call role with variable hours based on departmental coverage needs. May require remote work, on‑site presence, or a combination, depending on assignment.
