Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living, home care, and occupational health. This role requires a skilled professional who is adept at working with individuals with disabilities and has experience in case management and travel nursing. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Conduct patient assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and manage cases effectively. Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence while ensuring safety. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills. Experience A valid RN license is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Background in assisted living or home care settings is beneficial for this role. Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus. Proficiency in using healthcare systems for documentation and patient management is essential.
