This position is centered around ASAP consumer care , requiring strong knowledge of community-based services, compliance, and supervisory oversight. About the Role We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN for a full-time, field-based role . This position requires daily travel to client homes to complete supervisory visits, assessments, and ongoing care management. You will be working independently in the field while collaborating closely with case managers, families, and our internal team.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
