Key Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN or LPN license required Experience with school or pediatric nursing preferred Prior experience assisting individuals with toileting needs Confident in supporting students with limited communication abilities Competence in monitoring and responding to seizures Ability and willingness to ride the school bus with the student daily Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support for a wheelchair-bound student during school hours and transit Assist with toileting and personal care needs sensitively and professionally Monitor for and respond appropriately to seizures per students health plan Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and family as needed Maintain accurate health records and documentation Uphold confidentiality and foster a safe, inclusive environment for the student
