Our non-medical in-home care services offer companionship and personal care for seniors who wish to remain active and independent from the comfort of home. We're looking to add to our amazing team and are searching for a mature and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Lake Country area with strong clinical knowledge to assist our team of caregivers in the community. JOB SUMMARY
Seniors Helping Seniors is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work part-time on home care client care management. In this role you will primarily be creating and managing individual client's care plans in their home. In this role, you must observe and communicate effectively in your client's best interest and develop and maintain care plans that meet their specific and unique needs. You will also be asked to conduct brief training for caregivers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Enjoys caring for seniors! Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Excellent client care skills First aid/CPR certification Current TB test Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete client's service plans in accordance with agency policy and in coordination with the appropriate staff who will be providing the client's services. Review and revise service plans as required by the State, and as needed. Conduct staff supervisory home visits in the client residences according to agency policy, including an assessment of the client's general condition, vital signs, a review of the progress being made, the problems encountered by the client and the client's satisfaction with the services being delivered by the provider's staff. Supervision will include observations about the appropriateness of the level of services being offered. Discuss observations with Office Administrator, clients and their families. Counsel PCAs and staff on difficult cases and potentially dangerous situations. Consult with the client and/or Authorized Representative in the event a medical issue arises. Participate and lead staff training as needed for caregiver staff

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
