Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone experienced with IV administration and comfortable learning and operating hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) equipment. This position blends clinical skill with a relaxed, low-labor environment, where attention to detail, safety, and client experience are top priorities. Key Responsibilities Administer IV therapies safely and effectively Operate and monitor hyperbaric oxygen chambers (training provided) Guide clients through hyperbaric "dives" from start to finish Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment environment Monitor clients during sessions and respond to any needs or concerns Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor role Commission-based pay per dive/session administered Opportunity to increase earnings based on volume and client flow Work Environment & Schedule Each hyperbaric session ("dive") lasts approximately 60-95 minutes Once clients are settled in the chamber, the role allows for focused monitoring with intermittent downtime Ideal for individuals who value a calm, intentional work environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Brentwood , Franklin, or Nashville Tennessee Proficiency in IV placement and administration Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety Ability to learn and operate medical equipment (HBOT training provided) Professional, dependable, and client-focused demeanor Preferred (Not Required) Experience in wellness, recovery, or functional medicine settings Familiarity with hyperbaric oxygen therapy Why Join Hyperbaric House? $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
