Job Description
Job Summary Adult Day center in Cranston is hiring RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Day health program in a friendly environment in RI. Flexible Hours up to 35 Hours per week. Holidays and weekends off. Responsibilities Assess clients routinely and document timely. Collaborate with care team to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and medication usage as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications Valid LPN /RN license in the state of RI. Experienced preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team.
