Required Qualifications:

Current RN license valid in RI or compact state Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Recent experience in a telemetry or similar acute care setting Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills Adaptability to shifting patient loads and floating as needed (travel nurses may float up to 3 times per shift due to staffing demands)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans Interpret cardiac rhythms and recognize significant changes to ensure patient safety Maintain clear, detailed documentation in accordance with facility policies Support patient education and contribute to a positive patient experience As a valued contract RN, you will be assigned a home unit but must remain flexible to float within the facility as determined by staffing assessments.
