Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and have experience in various settings. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth operation of our adult day center. Monday Through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island. Current CPR certification Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate adults with disabilities effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
