Commisions opportunity available Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, collagen induction therapy, and laser therapies with precision and safety. Administer injection treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other minimally invasive procedures following established protocols. Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Manage client records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments performed. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and upcoming aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Support retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling appropriate skincare or cosmetic products aligned with client needs. Skills Proven experience working in the medical spa environment with strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments. Licensed nursing qualification with expertise in injection administration (Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers). Exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with clients, understand their goals, and provide clear guidance throughout their treatment journey. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and empathetically. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in an environment that values hospitality and guest services excellence. Skills in social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online are a plus.
