Per Diem Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) -
Weekdays Pay:
$55-$60 per hour, based on experience

Per diem/part-time with consistent Monday-Friday business-hour availability Join the Gold Standard Team Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight for private-duty home care clients throughout Rhode Island. This position is designed for a weekday clinical professional. Admissions, assessments, medical appointments, and provider collaboration primarily occur during regular business hours. This is not a night- or weekend-focused per diem role. Your Role As a Per Diem Private Duty RN, you will guide clients through the most important parts of their care journey—from the initial assessment to ongoing clinical oversight. Conduct in-home assessments, admissions, and client intakes Develop, review, and update individualized care plans Supervise CNAs and provide client-specific instruction Collaborate with physicians, families, hospitals, and other providers Accompany clients to medical appointments when needed Support hospital discharges and safe transitions home Provide medication management, wound care, and other skilled nursing services Document clinical updates accurately and communicate concerns promptly Who We're Looking For Our ideal nurse is an experienced servant leader who combines strong clinical judgment with compassion, professionalism, and resourcefulness. You should be comfortable making independent decisions in a home setting while keeping clients, families, and the care team informed.
