A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. This position is designed for a weekday clinical professional. Admissions, assessments, medical appointments, and provider collaboration primarily occur during regular business hours. This is not a night- or weekend-focused per diem role. Your Role As a Per Diem Private Duty RN, you will guide clients through the most important parts of their care journey—from the initial assessment to ongoing clinical oversight. Conduct in-home assessments, admissions, and client intakes Develop, review, and update individualized care plans Supervise CNAs and provide client-specific instruction Collaborate with physicians, families, hospitals, and other providers Accompany clients to medical appointments when needed Support hospital discharges and safe transitions home Provide medication management, wound care, and other skilled nursing services Document clinical updates accurately and communicate concerns promptly Who We're Looking For Our ideal nurse is an experienced servant leader who combines strong clinical judgment with compassion, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
