for a HIGH paying 13-week RN Assignment! A facility in Warwick, RI is seeking Stepdown RN's to work their day shift. This hospital is one of the largest in Rhode Island and is widely recognized as a leading teaching institution. The ideal candidate must have previous ICU experience and be proficient in Epic EMR. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and clinical intervention. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Assignment Duration:

11/16/26 to 01/10/27 Day Shifts ( 12 hour shift), 13 week assignment, 3 shifts per week. 7:00AM - 7:30

PM Requirements:

Valid Rhode Island State RN License or Compact License Valid

BLS, ACLS, BSN

Previous ICU experience (Required) Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit experience Experience with continous cardiac monitoring and complex patient care Weekly Gross Pay (Based on 34.5): $2,484 (Local Rate) ; $2691 (Travel Rate)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to individuals requiring step-down or intermediate-level nursing care. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and responses to treatment. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR.
