Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Travel Florence, South Carolina, welcomes you with its Southern charm and vibrant culture, offering the ideal backdrop for your next travel nursing assignment. This 12-week ICU nursing position allows you to immerse yourself in a leading acute care setting, expanding your clinical skills and collaborating with a diverse, expert clinical team. Schedule/Hours:
3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Every other weekend required Holiday rotation included Occasional floating to similar units as aligned with facility needsWhat We're Looking For:
1 year of recent ICU RN experience (2 years preferred) Current SC or Compact RN license in hand before start date ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) Flexibility to float within ICU or between similar units Must be able to commit to entire assignment; RTO must be agreed upon in advanceResponsibilities:
Deliver direct, compassionate care to critical care patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a 276-bed acute care facility Utilize Epic for documentation and charting Maintain standards of care and adapt to changing patient needsBenefits and Perks:
