Schedule/Hours:

3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Every other weekend required Holiday rotation included Occasional floating to similar units as aligned with facility needs

What We're Looking For:

1 year of recent ICU RN experience (2 years preferred) Current SC or Compact RN license in hand before start date ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) Flexibility to float within ICU or between similar units Must be able to commit to entire assignment; RTO must be agreed upon in advance

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, compassionate care to critical care patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a 276-bed acute care facility Utilize Epic for documentation and charting Maintain standards of care and adapt to changing patient needs
