What You'll Do:
Â- Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.Â
- Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.Â
- Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.Â
- Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.Â
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
What You Bring:
Â- Completion of an accredited RN program.Â
- Active South Carolina RN license.Â
