4-10 hour shifts -Days What We're Looking For:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
- Current BCLS certification
- Completion of nursing service orientation program
- Attendance at IV Therapy training or demonstration of IV competency within one year
- Annual participation in Skills Fair and completion of all required competencies
- Ability to assume the Charge Nurse role when needed
- Maintains department-specific certifications and competencies
- Previous hospital experience
- Advanced certification in specialty area
- Membership in a professional nursing organization
What You'll Do:
Position Summary Under the supervision of the Department Director and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers safe, effective, and patient-centered care to a diverse population ranging from infant to geriatric. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to providing quality care.Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patients
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to meet unit and hospital goals
- Providing care in alignment with clinical standards and departmental guidelines
- Willingness to float to other comparable nursing units, as needed
