Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care throughout the surgical process, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to promote patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain and prepare operating room equipment and surgical instruments Accurately document patient information and responses to interventions Uphold strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards
