Schedule/Hours:

Full time Typical rotating shifts, with evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced Med-Surg unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor patient progress, administer medications/treatments, and document clinical observations accurately Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and post-discharge care Uphold infection control policies and hospital procedures to ensure safety

Preferred Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills Ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments
