Patient Assessment:

Conduct intake assessments and gather case histories to plan individualized nursing care.

Medication Management:

Safely administer medications and monitor for side effects.

Vitals & Monitoring:

Perform routine procedures, including taking blood pressure, temperatures, and monitoring vital signs.

Care Coordination:

Write and implement care plans while coordinating with families and providers to ensure safe, therapeutic care.

Emergency Response:

Effectively deal with medical emergencies as they arise within the facility.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of South Carolina Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills At least 1 year Nursing Experience. $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
