A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description

- Employee appreciation initiatives and events throughout the year Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team full-time.
- Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
- Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition
- Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
