You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that improve resident outcomes and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness Develop and update individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR certification required Ability to work 12-hour shifts Prior wound care experience strongly preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills Passion for resident-centered, quality care Why Join Manna Post Acute?
