- Supportive, team-driven culture Position Summary As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
- Support and guide CNAs and LPNs in delivering quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
