You'll have the freedom to build professional relationships, educate families, create personalized care solutions, and help seniors remain safe and independent at home. Every relationship you build has the power to change someone's life. What You'll Do Become the face of Comfort Keepers in the community. Develop lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospice providers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. Meet with families to understand their needs and recommend customized care solutions. Complete in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans. Guide clients through every step of their journey with Comfort Keepers. Collaborate with an amazing internal team to ensure every client receives exceptional care.
