Job Description

Heaven's Angel Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing assessments and supervisory visits for our non-medical home care agency serving Upstate South Carolina.
Service Area:
Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:
Complete Initial Nursing Assessments Conduct 30-Day Supervisory Visits Conduct 120-Day Supervisory Visits Develop and update Plans of Care Perform caregiver supervisory visits Ensure compliance with South Carolina home care regulations and Medicaid requirements Maintain accurate, timely documentation Communicate assessment findings and client needs with agency management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum of 2 years nursing experience Minimum of 1 year home care, home health, hospice, or CLTC experience Experience completing nursing assessments and supervisory visits Knowledge of Medicaid and state home care regulations Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Professional liability insurance (if contracted)
PREFERRED
Experience with Medicaid CLTC clients Experience supervising caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
