In this role, you will be responsible for completing accurate and timely resident assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting high-quality, person-centered care. The NAC works closely with interdisciplinary team members to assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and promote positive clinical outcomes. After 90 days, this role will be added to the on-call rotation. Wage Scale Based on YOUR years of experience.

What We're Looking For:
As a condition of employment, nurses must meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address. Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements. Current RN license South Carolina Long-term care or MDS experience preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
