A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Job Description
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license. Previous experience in Telemetry or progressive care strongly preferred. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and management of acute changes in patient condition. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Adaptable to new settings and passionate about patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and document patients' cardiac status. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Educate patients and families regarding conditions and procedures.
