The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $32.50- $48.

Home dialysis nurses provide major portions of self- care and home dialysis training for dialysis patients and/or their caregivers.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN)- Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice
Upon Hire Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
Certified Hemodialysis Nurse (CHN)- Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT) Upon Hire or Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse (CPDN)
- Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT) Upon Hire or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
- Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) Upon Hire or Specialty Certification
- The American Society of Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics (ASHI) Upon Hire Dialysis experience or critical care experience 1-3 years nursing experience if functioning as a home dialysis nurse and an additional 3 months experience in each of the specific modalities (hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis) for which the nurse will provide self-care training Expectations and Standards Commitment to the daily application of Avera's mission, vision, core values, and social principles to serve patients, their families, and our community.
