Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1-2 years of recent hospital experience in MS Oncology/Oncology Certification in Chemotherapy/Biotherapy preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to oncology and MS Oncology patients across the continuum Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects according to established protocols Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans and maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients and families Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and participate in care conferences Uphold rigorous safety standards for infection control and medication administration
