  • 6:30 AM Requirements Active RN License Post-acute nursing experience preferred Required Experience Post-Acute Care Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience preferred Required Certifications BLS Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care for post-acute patients.
Assess, monitor, and document patient status. Administer medications and treatments. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation in the facility's electronic charting system. Additional Information (Internal)
Local Rule:
Travelers must live more than 80 miles from the facility.
Local Rate Adjustment:
Local bill rate and OT bill rate are $8.00 lower .
